Water and electricity supply

The Cabril Reservoir is one of the most impressive lakes in Central Portugal. It stretches for about 70 kilometres and is known for its calm, natural surroundings. The water is warm, clear and invites swimming, fishing, rowing, canoeing or sailing for many months of the year. In summer, the lake reaches pleasant bathing temperatures, while it is also a wonderful place for relaxation and nature observation outside the season.

The water supply can be taken directly from the lake; an additional filter system is available upon request. Alternatively, a well can be drilled.

For the power supply, an autonomous solar system is ideal, which is perfectly suited to this sunny location for an independent off-grid concept.
