The region offers one of the most pleasant climates in Portugal. While the west coast can often be foggy and the east of the country regularly experiences temperatures of over 40°C in summer and lows down to -10°C in winter, the climate in Central Portugal is considerably more balanced. In our region, summer temperatures are usually a pleasant around 33°C, while winter temperatures rarely drop below approximately +1°C.
