The house, designed by Söllner Wagner architects, has a simple and elegant architecture without superfluous gestures. The authentic choice of materials blends in perfectly with the aesthetics of the surrounding nature. We build sustainably, to a high standard and energy-efficiently. We use wood as a natural building material and only ecological insulation materials. Our architectural and design language is clear and reduced to the essentials, and the gardens and outdoor areas are deliberately left in their natural state. As a transition into the surrounding nature and to limit the design, the taming to the essentials.
The house features a sustainable timber frame construction with wood fiber insulation. The façades are fitted with high-quality timber cladding on a rear-ventilated substructure. The use of geothermal energy (geothermal heat pump for heating, hot water and cooling as well as high-quality insulation) results in KfW 55 standard efficiency houses.
We love to surround ourselves with beautiful things. And so it has little to do with luck that it is not only the architecture of the Lykland houses that is characterized by the highest quality, but also their furnishings.
In Lykland, 31 detached houses, semi-detached houses and town villas are being built in accordance with the development plan (primary and secondary residences are permitted). The gentle slope offers breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. A viewing platform, an urban forest and footpaths blend harmoniously into the natural tranquillity and there is no through traffic. 350 meters walk to the finest sandy beach. Of course. Balanced. Carefree.
